As this witch of the ocean, you’re ready to manipulate those silly, young mermaids into getting whatever your heart desires. Costume features a black dress with matching octopus arm-like slits with gray tentacle dots on the underside. Also includes snarly white wig that falls just below the chest. Though her and Neptune haven’t gotten along since she bought his daughter’s sold, things may change when he sees you in this disguise at the underwater ball.
